Shipments are packaged, decorated and filled by AzulCielo. These are sent via Interrapidismo. We are not directly associated with this entity.
The estimated arrival time will depend on the quantity of products, their complexity and availability. We do not make refunds if the deadline agreed upon at the time of purchase is still valid. If this deadline is exceeded, a refund may be made if the customer requires it. The customer must make the request via WhatsApp if they have not already done so and follow the seller's instructions.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the accessory. Shipping costs sent at checkout are estimated and may be subject to change.
Returns and exchanges policy
